I’m the CTO at OneEleven, a financial wellness company where we’re building technology that helps people improve their relationship with money — and learning what it means to lead a team with genuine care.

I run Growth Science, an executive coaching and advisory practice built on a simple thesis: when leaders lead with kindness, everything downstream gets better. Revenue, retention, culture, customer loyalty. Not because kindness is nice — because it’s the mechanism.

I serve on the boards of Saranam, a spiritual community and 501(c)(3), and SIMNY, a technology executive membership association.

I’m also building in the open with AI agents — deploying OpenClaw, developing agent skills, and documenting what I learn along the way.

The Kindness Flywheel started as an idea that came to me, not one I invented. Its purpose is bigger than my career. I’m here to steward it, contribute to it, and help it grow into something that serves others.

I write from my experience across all of these contexts. The stories are real. The lessons are ongoing.
